What Is Lunesta?

Sleep is Essential

We all lead busy lives and as a result, sleep has become accepted as a luxury or "nice to have." However, sleep is essential to our health and well-being — just as we wouldn't starve bodies from nutrition, we can’t starve our mind and body from sleep.

Sleep is a time to recharge our mind and body.
Thanks to advances in technology and scientific research, the role of sleep is continually being revealed. Sleep is not simply the absence of wakefulness. While its exact role is not completely understood, sleep is believed to allow the body to conserve energy and recharge, both physically and mentally.
