What is LUNESTA?

Sepracor's Patient Assistance Program is implemented and managed in collaboration with RxHope and is designed to provide prescribed Sepracor medications at no cost to those eligible patients who lack prescription drug coverage and are unable to afford them.

In order to be eligible for this program, patients:

  • Must not have prescription drug coverage*;
  • Must be a U.S. resident;
  • Have annual income at or below 200% of U.S. Federal Poverty Level;
  • Must provide proof of income; and
  • Submit an application signed by both the patient and their physician.

Patients who qualify for Sepracor's Patient Assistance Program will receive a Patient Assistance Card that they can present with their prescription for a Sepracor product at a retail pharmacy. A pharmacist will dispense their medication at no cost to the patient.

*If you are enrolled in Medicare Part D, you may be eligible if certain requirements are met.

Sepracor reserves the right to discontinue the Patient Assistance Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

 

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
Lunesta helps you fall asleep quickly, so take it right before bed. Be sure you have at least eight hours to devote to sleep before becoming active. Until you know how you'll react to Lunesta, you should not drive or operate machinery. Do not take Lunesta with alcohol. Call your doctor right away if after taking Lunesta you walk, drive, eat or engage in other activities while asleep. In rare cases, severe allergic reactions can occur. Most sleep medicines carry some risk of dependency. Do not use sleep medicines for extended periods without first talking to your doctor.
